Tokenization can be introduced where appropriate at the lifecycle stage.

How Web3 fits

Web3 is an optional layer that can extend a project’s lifecycle value,supporting new models for participation, funding, and verified digital records. Where appropriate, OpDez can structure a Web3-ready pathway around deliverables you already understand (design packages, BIM, digital twin handover), enabling transparent provenance, permissions, and long-term stewardship of real-world assets.

OpDez Architecture Stack

The OpDez Architecture Stack shows how we deliver architecture as a complete, operational system, not just a set of drawings. We start with Architecture (form + program) and coordinate engineering systems early so performance and constructability are built in. We then develop a structured BIM model (3D–6D) and run performance modeling loops to validate key decisions before they become expensive to change. The result is a digital-twin-ready handover, designed to support commissioning and operations. Where appropriate, Web3/tokenization can be added as an optional layer for participation, provenance, and lifecycle value,without changing the fundamentals of build-ready delivery.
