What is Labs (R&D)?

Labs (R&D) is where OpDez Architecture validates the technologies and workflows behind our NexGen building prototypes. We use a repeatable testing pipeline—parameters → modeling → simulation → verification → iteration—to evaluate energy independence strategies, systems integration, and digital twin handover structures before a concept is positioned for real-world delivery.

Labs connects three things into one process: NexGen prototypes, the Systems Library (wind, solar, storage, microgrid controls, IAQ, automation), and Digital Twins (BIM-to-analytics). The result is a clear, documented pathway from concept to verified performance intent.

NexGen delivery is systems-led: we validate energy, controls, and performance early, coordinate BIM for buildability, and carry a commissioning-ready digital twin into operations. Tokenization is optional and only introduced where it adds auditability or lifecycle value.
